Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) according to our return policy (see below).

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be issued for canceled orders within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process:

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue a return authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your return shipment.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
